…and if you’re not a DMB fan (and maybe even if you are), you probably wouldn’t have any idea. After a visit to a couple of JB Hi-Fi stores in the Sydney metro area last night, there were no posters advertising the release date, so I’m not sure what sort of displays there might be in store.
If you do see any press coverage (mewspapers, music mags, radio, etc), let us know, because as of now, it’s fairly safe to say that Warner Music have really failed with this one. As the band commence a tour of Europe, one may ask whether or not they’ll have any desire to come back, given the lack of publicity.

I just purchased it for $22 delivered on EBay.
*Always* miles cheaper than the stores here in Adelaide.
Love your work, BTW

My copy has arrived, and with 2 bonus tracks
A very interesting new direction, and it took us a couple of plays before we could really appreciate how good it is.
Think of it as DMB’s “Rubber Soul” album.

Sooo thrilled with the album, sooo disappointed with the lack of advertising. Even a few of my mates who are not necessarily DMB fans have acknowledged it’s good stuff. I did the check in Melbourne stores as well as Geelong and you’d be hard pressed to realise that one of the best albums you’ll hear this year is available on the shelves. It’s a brilliant piece of work! Support DMB Warners! Australia/myself wants them touring here again!

Hey
I read an article in the sunday herald sun today in the “play” section with Dave. Almost full page, and nice photo. Just idle chat about the album, roi and obama. However at the end of the article it finished with DMB last toured in 2007 and they can’t wait to come back down again soon.!!!!!! YAY!!!!
